I offer compassionate and skilled individual therapy and couples counseling.
Whether we meet for a few sessions to address an immediate concern or for longer, more in-depth personal growth work, I will collaborate with you to form a supportive and inspiring relationship.
How I work is informed by 25+ years of mindfulness and inquiry practice in addition to ongoing training in practical and effective approaches to couples and individual therapy.
